Our Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
We accept returns on items that arrive damaged, faulty, or defective. If you believe your item has a fault, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@maevani.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unrequested returns will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@maevani.com so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@maevani.com.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.
