Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery
Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 5-12 business days. All orders are fully tracked and insured from the moment they leave our facility.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders to US addresses. No minimum order required.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@maevani.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Damaged on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at support@maevani.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
